I reaching out regarding my order because I still have not received the items I originally purchased. I ordered four hats, but instead I received a shirt that I did not order.
When I first contacted customer service, someone did respond and asked for information about my order. I promptly replied and even sent a photo of the shirt that was incorrectly sent to me. Unfortunately, since providing that information, I have not received any further response, and it has now been two weeks.
This situation is very frustrating. I paid for four hats and have yet to receive them, and the incorrect item that was sent has not been addressed. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
